Bell 100 Dinner

The Alexander Graham Bell Foundation is hosting a special luncheon on Tuesday, August 2nd to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Alexander Graham Bell passing and also honouring the recreation of the Mabel bell gardens at the Alexander Graham Bell Museum.

This fundraising luncheon will be held at the Bell’s home, the exceptional Beinn Breagh Hall, overlooking Baddeck Bay. The luncheon will provide a most beautiful backdrop for an afternoon of music, fine food, and storytelling, followed by an evening reception and performance of the Bells of Baddeck at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site of Canada.

Tickets

Twenty tickets are available for the luncheon.

Ticket price is $1500.00 per person (tax receipts are provided)
All proceeds are going towards the development of educational programming on the importance of food safety and security and how children can play a role in helping “their” environment and world today.

Event Highlights & Schedule

11:30am – Shuttle will depart Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site for Beinn Breagh Hall, home of the Bells

12 Noon – Estate luncheon and music featuring special guests of the Bells

2pm – Tour of Mabel Bell’s estate gardens followed by a special visit to Alexander and Mabel’s final resting spot

4:40pm – Official ribbon cutting of the Mabel Bell Gardens at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site (a partnership with Parks Canada and Cape Breton University through Dr. Alana Pindar)

5:15pm – VIP Bells of Baddeck reception

7pm – Opening night performance of the Bells of Baddeck
